About the Role
You will build technical relationships with global and regional system integrators and cloud partners. You will enable partner AI practices, develop joint industry solutions and reference architectures, resolve complex technical issues, support strategic customer deals, lead technical events, and deliver partner feedback that informs product and partner strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles
- Experience partnering with system integrators or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English
Responsibilities
- Provide technical partnership expertise and identify opportunities to deepen partner capabilities
- Enable partner AI practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and evangelize AI products in developer communities
- Develop joint industry-specific generative-AI solutions, reference architectures, and best practices
- Support strategic customer deals with technical expertise and solution-architecture guidance
- Represent the organization at partner workshops, summits, conferences, hackathons, and enablement sessions
- Gather product feedback from partners and deliver it to relevant stakeholders
