About the Role

You will act as a pre-sales technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts. You will translate customer needs into scalable architectures, reproduce customer environments, develop evaluations, lead workshops, support Claude integrations, and guide multi-quarter adoption roadmaps from discovery through deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager with hands-on building experience.
• Enterprise customer experience.
• Experience owning strategic enterprise accounts through complex buying cycles.
• Cloud architecture.
• Enterprise system integration.
• Python.
• LLM framework and tool knowledge, machine learning, or data science.
• Technical communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout customer discovery, evaluation, deployment, and adoption.
• Develop AI adoption strategies, architecture reviews, workshops, and use-case execution plans.
• Support customers using the Claude API and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create technical content for engineering teams and business executives.
• Reproduce customer environments and problems to prove production paths.
• Carry customer needs into product roadmaps.
• Guide architecture decisions and Claude integrations.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for customer use cases.
• Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives.
• Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
