About the Role
You will cultivate technical relationships with system integrators and cloud partners. You will develop joint GenAI solutions and reference architectures, provide solution architecture guidance for customer deals, lead technical enablement events, and gather feedback to inform product and partner strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles
- Experience partnering with system integrators or cloud providers
- Cloud architecture design and enterprise-system integration experience
- LLM frameworks and tools or machine learning or data science background
- Technical presentation and communication
Responsibilities
- Provide technical partnership expertise to GTM partnerships
- Enable partner AI practices and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Develop joint industry-specific GenAI solutions and reference architectures
- Support strategic customer deals with solution architecture guidance
- Represent the organization at partner events and technical enablement sessions
- Gather product feedback on partner use cases and deployment patterns
