About the Role
You will support customer and partner projects by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, training, and reporting. You will translate platform recommendations into experimental plans, coordinate lab and technical teams, deliver projects, maintain partner records, gather product feedback, and communicate insights for product improvements.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experimental lab experience in materials science, chemical engineering, experimental chemistry, or a relevant field
- Exposure to AI or ML
- Experience optimizing or building interfaces for laboratory workflows and processes
- Python scripting skills for data extraction, automation, and API configuration
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to scientific and experimental audiences
- Ability to design and steer experimental campaigns using objectives and data feedback
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement and demonstrate the technology's value
- Provide technical guidance to external partners
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize product performance
- Bridge external experimental teams with internal technical teams
- Provide technical reports on experimental progress, status, and challenges
- Translate platform recommendations into executable experimental plans
- Communicate with lab teams and conduct on-site lab visits
- Scope projects, create technical proposals, and define objectives
- Own end-to-end delivery of specific projects
- Maintain records of partner interactions, training, support requests, and feedback
- Prepare reports and presentations on training and support effectiveness
- Gather and analyse partner feedback on product performance and usability
- Relay product-enhancement insights to technical teams
