About the Role

You will coordinate APAC hiring logistics end to end, scheduling interviews across time zones and serving as a clear, culturally aware contact for candidates and interviewers. You will maintain recruiting systems, support regional operations, improve processes, document effective practices, lead projects, and use AI tools in your daily workflow.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling experience
• Experience supporting multiple APAC markets and coordinating across time zones
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse
• Experience with a scheduling tool such as ModernLoop or GoodTime
• Written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• AI tool fluency

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume APAC interview loops across time zones, languages, and stakeholder calendars
• Serve as the primary candidate contact for interview logistics
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on capacity risks, local holidays, and market norms
• Maintain Greenhouse job setup, interview plans, scheduling configurations, and automations
• Provide follow-the-sun coverage and clean regional handoffs
• Support regional hiring operations, including new locations, entity changes, offer logistics, and onboarding handoffs
• Improve and document coordination processes
• Scope and lead projects from problem definition through adoption
• Use AI tools in daily workflows
