About the Role
You will advise enterprise executives on AI transformation, develop business cases and roadmaps, and design tailored AI solutions and proofs of concept. You will lead deployments into core workflows, coordinate engineers, data scientists, and product managers, drive adoption and change management, and identify account expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or a customer-facing strategic role
- Degree in a relevant scientific field
- Expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development
- Hands-on experience developing AI solutions
- Experience influencing C-suite executives
- Experience in presales and postsales activities
- Experience managing high-value accounts and understanding deal mechanics
- Willingness to travel frequently
Responsibilities
- Advise executive stakeholders on AI transformation strategies
- Lead workshops and create multi-year AI transformation roadmaps
- Develop business cases and proposals that demonstrate AI return on investment
- Identify and qualify opportunities with sales and product teams
- Design tailored AI strategies and proofs of concept
- Lead end-to-end AI deployments and operational integration
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
- Drive change management and customer adoption
- Identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts
- Mentor junior strategists and develop customer-engagement playbooks
- Represent the organization in speaking engagements and executive briefings
