About the Role

You will partner with enterprise and digital-native customers to identify valuable AI opportunities and turn them into production systems. You will write and debug code, build prototypes and evaluation systems, resolve integrations, guide technical decisions, and create reusable deployment architectures and guidance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering AI or machine-learning systems from prototype to production in enterprise environments
• Fluency in German and English
• Proficiency in Python
• Ability to work across an AI application stack
• Experience evaluating AI systems with representative data, graders, production signals, and human judgment
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, reliability, observability, security, privacy, data governance, performance, and cost

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify high-value opportunities and create technical architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and success criteria
• Design, build, and deploy AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, integrations, and production accelerators
• Make technical decisions across models, agents, retrieval, tools, data, reliability, observability, safety, security, and governance
• Diagnose implementation challenges and drive blockers to resolution
• Help customers move prototypes into reliable, adopted, scalable production systems
• Create reusable architectures, tooling, playbooks, and technical guidance
