About the Role
You will design and deliver enablement experiences for ChatGPT Enterprise, Agents, and related products. You will lead workshops and training across the customer lifecycle, drive activation and sustained usage, create reusable resources, work with internal partners, and synthesize customer feedback into improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent business-level Korean
- 6+ years of customer-facing, enablement, or instructional experience
- Presentation and communication skills for senior and executive audiences
- Product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem
- Workshop and enablement-program experience
- Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own enablement for ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents
- Serve as a subject matter expert for designated product areas
- Lead customer enablement from onboarding through long-term adoption
- Design and deliver onboarding sessions, trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and workshops
- Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and business value
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback for product and program improvements
