About the Role
You will lead client discovery sessions, identify workflows and technical requirements, and design documented target-state solutions. You will configure the platform, advise clients on treasury practices, deliver training, and share client feedback with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations in ERP or SaaS
- Experience leading clients toward improved outcomes
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems
- Understanding of data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- Knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
- Experience with corporate treasury, accounting, or finance
- Knowledge of cash flow, debt, and financial risk
