About the Role
You will turn user data and AI outputs into product insights. You will build performance and metrics frameworks, analyze AI outputs across user cohorts, define quality measures with product and engineering, develop statistical models, and design and analyze large-scale experiments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of data science experience at product-focused technology companies
- Experience managing or mentoring data scientists
- Statistical expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Experience with large-scale data and metrics frameworks
- Knowledge of dbt and Snowflake
- Experience with AI or ML products, especially LLMs or generative AI
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Build frameworks for AI model performance, user behavior, and product health
- Analyze AI model outputs across user cohorts and create evaluations and metrics
- Define quality metrics for AI-generated content and user satisfaction
- Develop statistical models and frameworks for product teams
- Design and analyze large-scale A/B tests and experiments
