About the Role
You will improve routing rules, heuristics, and models; conduct analyses; and build analytics products and user-facing data features. You will define product metrics, contribute to the data warehouse, and turn insights into product, roadmap, and architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production data products
- Ability to partner with engineering and product teams on customer-facing features
- Strong SQL skills for large-scale analytical databases
- Fluency with AI, agents, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and the agentic ecosystem
- Statistical and mathematical expertise in distributions, causal inference, and experimental design
- Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language
- 4+ years of relevant data science, applied machine learning, or quantitative product experience
- Ability to communicate analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
