About the Role
Create high-quality AI-generated image and video assets for social media and broader marketing, experiment with generative AI tools, develop rapid-prototyping workflows, document findings, establish repeatable production practices, collaborate with Marketing and Design, and monitor AI model releases.
Requirements
- Demonstrate deep hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools, including Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, and Veo.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and video output, composition, style, and brand consistency.
- Experiment independently with new tools and turn capabilities into repeatable production workflows.
- Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Execute meticulously and iterate rapidly based on creative feedback.
- Communicate complex AI workflows as simple, actionable insights and document experiments clearly.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality image and video content for social media and marketing efforts.
- Leverage generative AI tools to establish creative formats, visual styles, and rapid-prototyping workflows.
- Document tool experiments and share insights to establish best practices and operationalize AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design to ensure AI-generated assets are accurate, aligned with campaign goals, and meet institutional-grade standards.
- Monitor AI model releases and identify tools that improve content velocity and quality.
