About the Role

You will create high-quality AI-generated image and video assets for social media and broader marketing. You will experiment with generative AI tools, develop new creative formats and rapid-prototyping workflows, document findings, and establish repeatable production practices. You will collaborate with Marketing and Design to keep assets accurate, on-brand, and aligned with campaign goals. You will also monitor AI model releases and identify tools that improve content quality and production speed.

Requirements

• Demonstrate deep hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools, including Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, and Veo.
• Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and video output, composition, style, and brand consistency.
• Experiment independently with new tools and turn capabilities into repeatable production workflows.
• Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Execute meticulously and iterate rapidly based on creative feedback.
• Communicate complex AI workflows as simple, actionable insights and document experiments clearly.
