About the Role
You will define the AI strategy for business operations and own its execution. You will identify high-value opportunities, build and deploy AI workflows and tools, establish a self-enablement model, recruit the function, track adoption and ROI, and report progress and outcomes to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a product or technical background
- Demonstrated experience driving operational change through technology
- Experience personally building and shipping solutions
- Proficiency with n8n Make Zapier or similar AI workflow automation platforms
- Proficiency with LangChain OpenAI APIs Vertex AI or Claude
- Understanding of LLMs generative AI and agentic workflows
- Experience identifying business problems designing solutions and delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in digital assets financial services or media is a plus
- Background in business process redesign or operational excellence is a plus
- Experience building a function or team from scratch is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the AI strategy for business teams and deliver it
- Build configure and deploy AI workflows and tools
- Drive prototyping validation deployment and discontinuation decisions
- Create a self-enablement model for independent AI adoption
- Build and lead the AI Enablement function
- Recruit product managers engineers and process specialists
- Set and track KPIs for adoption efficiency and ROI
- Report progress outcomes and strategic direction to executive leadership
