You will design and implement planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-use architectures for humanoid robot control. You will develop evaluation and observability methods, collaborate on end-to-end capabilities, engage with stakeholders on practical use cases, and translate agentic research into reliable production systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience working on LLM-driven or agentic systems
• Experience building or deploying agentic architectures
• Experience improving agentic system performance through evaluation and benchmarking
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software architecture
• Ability to build reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software
• Ability to reason about safety, failure modes, and robustness in autonomous systems

Responsibilities

• Design and implement System 2 architectures for humanoid robot control, including planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-use frameworks
• Develop logging, observability, and evaluation methodologies to measure reasoning quality, safety, reliability, and generalization
• Collaborate with behavior, controls, perception, and product teams to ship end-to-end capabilities
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand real-world use cases
• Translate state-of-the-art agentic research into production systems
• Contribute through code reviews, testing, documentation, and system design
