About the Role
You will embed with the ASIC team to identify high-leverage bottlenecks and own solutions from concept through daily use. You will build LLM agents and execution environments where agents verify work using sandboxed simulators, EDA flows, compilers, profilers, and hardware. You will also ship full-stack products, design evaluations, and track adoption.
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience building and shipping software end to end, ideally at a fast-moving startup.
- Experience building agents for complex, multi-step tasks.
- Tool design, long-context management, evaluation, and failure-analysis experience.
- Experience building reliable systems, such as distributed systems, experiment infrastructure, or developer tooling.
- Experience using coding agents and evaluating their transcripts.
- Product sense, design taste, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Embed with the ASIC team to identify high-leverage bottlenecks and own solutions from idea to daily-use tools.
- Build and deploy LLM agents in engineering workflows using tool calling and MCP.
- Build execution environments where agents verify work using sandboxed simulators, EDA flows, compilers, profilers, and real hardware.
- Ship full-stack internal products, including interfaces, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Design evaluations and track adoption to assess tool effectiveness.
- Take on special projects and resolve problems needed to meet critical milestones.
