About the Role
You will identify high-leverage bottlenecks with the kernels team and take them from an initial idea to tools engineers use every day. You will build and deploy LLM agents integrated with engineering workflows through tool calling and MCP. You will create sandboxed execution environments that enable agents to verify work using simulators, EDA flows, compilers, profilers, and real hardware. You will ship full-stack internal products, including interfaces, data pipelines, and infrastructure. You will design evaluations, track adoption, and work on special projects to meet critical milestones.
Requirements
- Build and ship software end to end
- Build agents for complex multi-step tasks, including tool design, long-context management, evaluations, and failure analysis
- Build reliable systems such as distributed systems, experiment infrastructure, or developer tooling
- Use coding agents and analyze their transcripts to improve systems
- Demonstrate product sense, design taste, and attention to detail
Responsibilities

- Build and deploy LLM agents integrated with engineering workflows through tool calling and MCP
- Build sandboxed execution environments for agents to verify work using simulators, EDA flows, compilers, profilers, and real hardware
- Ship full-stack internal products, including interfaces, data pipelines, and infrastructure
- Design evaluations, track adoption, and improve or discontinue tools based on results
- Execute special projects with founders to meet critical milestones
