Requirements

- Experience writing clean, efficient, scalable production code.
- Experience implementing AI research papers in production.
- Ability to solve complex cross-team problems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

- Drive the execution of Adyen's AI strategy.
- Apply Generative AI and other AI methodologies in finance.
- Implement research papers into production-ready code.

- Solve technical challenges across engineering teams.
