About the Role
You will guide customers from project scoping through adoption and value realization. You will build strategic customer partnerships, communicate with stakeholders, develop product and AI expertise, identify initiatives that support customers, and work with Product and Engineering to improve the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical customer-facing B2B SaaS role
- Experience managing large customers and highly visible multi-stakeholder projects
- Communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
- Interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork skills
- Understanding of GTM sales teams and processes
- Technical acumen and interest in the agent-building process
Responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Strategy function and its operating model
- Build long-lasting customer partnerships and serve as a strategic advisor
- Guide customers from project scoping through adoption and value realization
- Develop expertise in product functionality and AI best practices
- Communicate with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Identify and support projects and initiatives for customers
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify improvements and influence the product roadmap
