About the Role
You will develop and deploy regional liquidity strategies, oversee cash flow and liquidity demand, manage Premium Cash Officers and Assistants, build bank relationships, investigate field issues, monitor risks, and report on team performance.
Requirements
- Experience in team management
- Experience in cash movements or cash-in-transit
- 3+ years of experience as a liquidity manager
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a comparable field
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the regional liquidity team
- Develop materials and processes for the liquidity department
- Monitor regional and nationwide liquidity status
- Develop relationships with bank partners
- Identify liquidity priorities and develop solutions
- Implement agent operations strategies and OKRs
- Supervise Premium Cash Officers and Premium Cash Assistants
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of Premium Cash Officers and Assistants
- Monitor the team for wrongdoing or theft and report risks
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Conduct field research and investigations
- Support the team with timely communication
- Prioritize operational problems blocking performance
