About the Role

You will evaluate and improve voice experiences across languages and use cases. You will create repeatable evaluations, resolve quality issues with cross-functional partners, guide customer voice-design decisions, develop scalable guidance, and document regional learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years in voice or AI experience design conversation design applied linguistics UX for AI product engineering or localization leadership
• Experience creating repeatable evaluation frameworks
• Ability to operate across languages and priorities
• Ability to communicate guidance to engineering product and customer stakeholders
• Knowledge of product and customer edge cases

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and iterate on voices across providers, languages, and use cases
• Research voice solutions and guide multilingual launch decisions
• Create and maintain voice-performance evaluation methods
• Investigate quality gaps and drive improvements
• Contribute to customer-facing voice selection and design discussions
• Develop guidance frameworks and product enhancements for voice design
• Co-create agent personas and interaction patterns
• Document insights patterns and regional considerations
