About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI agent builds for enterprise customers. You will design agent logic and guardrails, implement and validate integrations, troubleshoot failures, build evaluation frameworks, and translate customer requirements into actionable build plans and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Ability to write code, work with APIs, and build and validate integrations end-to-end
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with testing, validation, and iteration
- Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders and drive delivery
- Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and execution of AI agent builds from scoping through production deployment
- Design and engineer agent logic for quality, reliability, and correctness
- Engineer and validate guardrails and supervisory controls
- Build, test, and validate integrations with customer systems
- Define success criteria and system requirements with customer stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve technical and probabilistic failures
- Design evaluation and regression-testing frameworks
- Translate customer needs into internal documentation and platform feedback
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market functions to deliver agent builds
