Traders pay a one-time fee to complete a challenge by hitting a profit target within daily loss and drawdown limits, then get verified via a one-time KYC to become funded and keep 80% of profits, with instant on-demand USDC payouts settled onchain and publicly trackable with transaction hashes. The platform emphasizes radical transparency, publishing real-time trading, payout and revenue data, and is built to be agent-friendly, offering a REST API and Python/JS SDKs so AI agents and algorithmic traders can access funded capital in minutes. Propr also positions itself as a funding layer that other trading apps can integrate, giving their users native funded challenge accounts, particularly for products already built on Hyperliquid and Polymarket. It does not serve traders in the US, UK, Russia, or OFAC-sanctioned regions.

About the Role
You will take ownership of the affiliate program and turn it into a real revenue line. You'll recruit, onboard, and grow a roster of affiliates including creators, finance and trading content sites, prop-firm comparison sites, PPC affiliates, social media operators, and sub-affiliate networks. You'll negotiate commercial terms such as rev-share, CPA, or hybrid deals, set cookie windows and payout schedules, and define reporting cadence. You'll work closely with marketing, content, and product teams on landing pages, creatives, tracking links, promo codes, and launch timing. You'll be responsible for spotting fraud early, including cookie stuffing, self-referrals, multi-accounting, and blow-up farming, and removing bad actors from the program quickly. You'll stay compliance-aware given that prop trading sits in a regulated grey zone in many markets, keeping affiliate copy and geo-targeting clean. You'll continuously work to drive customer acquisition cost down while scaling attributable revenue month over month.
Requirements
- 3+ years running affiliate marketing as the program owner, not just executing
- Track record in web2 SaaS, fintech, online gambling/sports betting, forex/CFD brokers, or crypto exchanges with a real affiliate program at scale
- Numerate and comfortable with LTV, CAC, payback period, blended ROI, attribution windows
- Ability to read a SQL-style report and determine which lever to pull
- Experience negotiating rev-share / CPA deals and knowledge of going rates in the space
- Hands-on experience with at least one tracking platform such as Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert, or Post Affiliate Pro
- Fluent written English
