The app provides automated net worth tracking, portfolio diversification scoring, hidden fee detection, budget and cashflow management, dividend tracking, and financial independence projections. Beyond tracking, Finary offers investment products directly: 'Finary Life', a life insurance contract (assurance vie) with 700+ available funds and low fees, underwritten by Generali Vie, and a crypto investing service enabling users to buy, DCA, stake, and lend cryptocurrencies on a MiCA-regulated platform. Finary SAS is a French investment firm regulated by the ACPR (agrément N°19283), a member of AMAFI, registered with ORIAS as an insurance broker, and registered with the AMF as a PSCA crypto asset service provider. About the Role
You will own growth end-to-end up to monetization. You'll build a scalable and predictable growth engine, own the growth-related product roadmap covering onboarding, activation, conversion, trust, and growth loops, and scale acquisition while ensuring growth is driven by product leverage rather than spend alone. You'll work to elevate Finary into the number one premium wealth brand in France, shape the international growth and marketing playbook, and build and lead a world-class growth team across product and marketing. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops to turn growth strategy into shipped reality, reporting directly to the CEO.
Requirements
- Have held a Head of Growth, VP Growth, Head of Marketing with product ownership, or CMO role in a B2C startup
- Have owned product-led growth, not just acquisition
- Are a systems thinker who operates naturally in growth loops and funnels
- Are data-driven, with strong mastery of CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort analysis
- Combine strategic clarity with a hands-on execution mindset
- Know how to recruit, lead, and inspire top talent
- Bring an AI-first mindset to experimentation and productivity
