About the Role

Own and scale mobile app acquisition and growth channels through hands-on campaign development, optimization, budgeting, experimentation, attribution, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Hands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, or Google App Campaigns
Ability to optimize full-funnel metrics including activation, retention, LTV, and revenue
Experience with mobile attribution constraints such as SKAN and MMPs
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build new channels or programs
Ability to collaborate with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams
Ability to take ownership and move quickly
Clear communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across acquisition channels
Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking
Partner with creative teams to develop platform-native ad creative
Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization
Optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and downstream engagement with product and lifecycle teams
Build and use attribution frameworks including SKAN and MMPs
Analyze CPI, CAC, LTV, payback period, and retention metrics
Identify and scale high-performing channels
Cut underperforming channels
Monitor platform changes, privacy updates, and emerging mobile growth opportunities
