About the Role
You will process and code supplier invoices, verify employee expenses, and reconcile company credit cards, purchase orders, vendor accounts, and statements. You will support weekly payment runs, respond to accounts payable queries, investigate outstanding creditor items, and help improve systems, policies, and processes.
Requirements
- Graduate, school leaver, or previous accounts payable assistant experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Ability to process high invoice volumes in an ERP system
- Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Tipalti AP system experience
- Fintech industry experience
- Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and digital assets
Responsibilities
- Process and correctly code supplier invoices
- Verify employee expenses and supporting documentation
- Reconcile company credit cards
- Support internal and external stakeholders with accounts payable matters
- Assist with weekly payment runs and timely vendor and employee payments
- Administer company credit cards
- Support systems migrations and the rollout of policies and procedures
- Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- Reconcile purchase orders to received invoices
- Investigate and resolve outstanding creditor items
- Assist the Accounts Payable and Management Accounts teams with ad hoc tasks
