About the Role
You will lead financial close processes, accounting functions, and digital-asset controllership frameworks. You will manage regulatory reporting and financial audits, design and audit internal controls, assess new product implications, lead accounting staff, and automate financial operations through system integrations.
Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
- Have at least 3 years of managerial or lead experience
- Know general-ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Have hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP
- Be familiar with on-chain data, wallet architecture, and digital-asset accounting methodologies
- Be able to reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Manage accounts payable, fixed assets, revenue recognition, expense accruals, and intercompany accounts
- Design and implement controllership frameworks for digital assets
- Lead regulatory financial reporting submissions
- Manage internal and external financial audits
- Monitor regulations and accounting guidance related to digital assets
- Design, implement, and audit internal financial controls
- Evaluate accounting and control implications of product launches
- Lead, mentor, and build the controllership and accounting team
- Drive financial-operations automation and system integrations
