Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, or Fintech Partnerships
  • Proven track record of growing multi-million dollar portfolios through strategic upselling and value-based negotiation
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into compelling narratives that drive executive decision-making
  • Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in high-velocity environments
  • High-EQ collaborator who champions a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and professional excellence

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead consultant for key merchants and payment partners, aligning Unlimit's product suite with their long-term business objectives
  • Drive the commercial evolution of your portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities for expansion, integration, and cross-functional solution adoption
  • Leverage deep data analytics to provide partners with actionable insights, optimizing their performance
  • Collaborate with Global Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to refine the merchant journey for the US market
  • Represent Unlimit at the highest levels of industry engagement
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing high-stakes priorities with flawless execution and fiscal excellence
