About the Role
You will support relationships with operators and market makers, coordinate partner and internal communications, prepare meeting materials, translate product updates, track market coverage, and help onboard new partners.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, partnerships, trading operations, or a client-facing role
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of or interest in sports, predictions, or trading
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work
- Availability outside standard business hours, including occasional weekends
Responsibilities
- Support operator and market-maker relationships
- Coordinate meetings and conversations with partners, internal teams, and leadership
- Prepare partner materials, updates, and briefing documents
- Translate technical product updates into partner-facing communications
- Engage market makers on performance, coverage, and operational topics
- Track market-maker coverage and flag gaps or opportunities
- Manage follow-ups and open items
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers
- Support sales and onboarding for new partners and market makers
