About the Role
You will set the YouTube channel strategy and produce videos from concept through publication. You will write, film, edit, and finish tutorials, teach practical production techniques, use generative AI tools, grow viewership, and build a viewer community.
Requirements
- An active YouTube channel or substantial published long-form video work
- Video editing
- Motion graphics
- After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Filmmaking
- Shooting, lighting, and directing

Responsibilities
- Set channel strategy for topics, formats, cadence, and audience
- Own channel growth, watch time, and retention
- Write, film, edit, and finish videos
- Create screen recordings, on-camera segments, and motion graphics
- Use generative AI tools in the production workflow
- Teach practical production techniques through tutorials
- Build a viewer community and identify guest collaborators
- Partner on product and marketing launches
