About the Role
You will produce high-volume creative for web-to-app funnels and paid social campaigns. You will create, edit, animate, localize, and rapidly test videos, motion graphics, app demos, and landing-page visuals. You will use AI production tools, analyze performance results, and coordinate creators, voice talent, and freelancers when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years producing video or motion for paid social, growth marketing, or content production
- Fluency with current AI video and image-generation tools
- Ability to ship high volumes of creative variants quickly
- Understanding of hooks, retention, and scroll-stopping opening content
- Experience with consumer apps, subscriptions, or web-to-app funnels is a plus
Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume performance creative, including UGC-style ads, motion graphics, app demos, hooks, and funnel and landing-page video
- Edit and finish video end to end, including cuts, sound, captions, color, and channel export specifications
- Use AI video and image tools as a production pipeline
- Build motion graphics and UI animation using Figma and Remotion
- Ship multiple hooks, aspect ratios, and localizations for each concept
- Use performance data to iterate on successful creative and discontinue underperforming assets
- Coordinate creators, voice-over talent, and freelancers when needed
