About the Role
You will participate in an 18-month graduate program combining hands-on experience with training. You may develop experience in sales, business development, marketing, branding, graphic design, motion graphics, performance marketing, UI/UX, or video editing, and rotate across business functions when available.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, or up to 2 years of work experience
- Technical expertise or experience in a relevant area of interest
- Passion for blockchain, cloud computing, AI, and data centers
- Relevant academic, extracurricular, internship, skill, or domain achievements
Responsibilities
- Develop business and technical skills
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions
- Rotate within related business functions or cross-departments, subject to availability and business needs
- Develop industry knowledge under mentorship and guidance
- Interact with senior management and the alumni trainee network
