About the Role
You will grow new media platforms through original recurring formats and fast-turnaround content. You will plan event coverage, develop regional formats, use audience insights to guide campaigns, manage editors and contractors, and track retention, subscriptions, and participation.
Requirements
- YouTube or long-form video growth experience
- Video production
- Crypto culture knowledge
- Content format strategy
- On-camera presentation
- AI tooling for scripting, editing, thumbnail iteration, localization, and performance analysis
Responsibilities
- Develop platform-specific growth strategies for YouTube, TikTok, Fomo, and future platforms
- Create recurring content formats
- Build a bench of on-camera talent
- Plan and produce content around events
- Develop regional and non-English content formats
- Turn around timely content quickly
- Translate audience insights into actionable feedback
- Integrate content into priority campaigns and launches
- Manage editors and contractors within budget
- Create content that passes legal review
- Prioritize retention, subscriptions, and participation metrics
