About the Role
You will lead content strategy, development, and copywriting across consumer and enterprise use cases. You will create multi-channel content, develop written voice and tone, find content opportunities, explain AI topics for non-technical audiences, manage content calendars, analyze performance, and follow design and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of content writing and strategy experience
- World-class writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience developing B2B content marketing, newsletters, blogs, and company content from zero to one
- Experience with international brands and multiple languages
Responsibilities
- Create content for consumer and enterprise use cases
- Write email, social, in-product, support, video, case-study, white-paper, outbound, onboarding, and blog content
- Develop written voice and tone
- Identify content opportunities using user-generated content and testimonials
- Translate AI topics and feature releases for non-technical audiences
- Manage email, newsletter, and social content calendars
- Track and optimize content performance using Google Analytics and internal data
- Follow design and brand guidelines
