About the Role
You will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in Singapore. You will manage vendors, supplies, inventory, repairs, mail, facilities matters, and workplace inspections. You will support employees, plan local engagement events, support office events, and maintain compliance with Singapore workplace requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of office management or workplace operations experience
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Singapore employment and workplace norms is preferred
- Experience working across time zones is preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for office-related employee questions and support
- Coordinate with property and building management on access, repairs, deliveries, and notices
- Manage office supplies, pantry stock, orders, and inventory
- Conduct daily workplace inspections
- Manage office repairs and maintenance
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Plan employee engagement events and support external office events
- Oversee the reception desk when needed
- Support APAC workplace initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace regulations and safety standards
