About the Role
You will develop engagement strategies for workplace benefits, advise plan sponsors and participants, and provide financial planning and investment guidance through consultations, workshops, and events. You will manage stakeholder relationships, promote benefit utilization, work on local client campuses, and travel for client engagement activities.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, retirement planning, or a related advisory role.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or ability to obtain Series 66 upon hire.
- Applicable state registrations.
- Knowledge of financial planning and retirement planning.
- Client-facing financial guidance, education, or consultation experience.
- Ability to present and facilitate workshops, educational sessions, and client meetings.
- Relationship-management and consultative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50–75%.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Life and Annuity license preferred.
- CFP or CRPC designation preferred.

- Partner with plan sponsors to increase benefits-program awareness and utilization.
- Provide financial planning and investment guidance.
- Deliver one-on-one consultations, workshops, benefits fairs, and educational events.
- Align resources with plan sponsors and internal partners.
- Manage relationships with plan sponsors, HR partners, and workplace stakeholders.
- Promote utilization of workplace financial benefits and resources.
- Travel for client engagement activities and workplace events.
