About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for the San Carlos office and coordinate daily workplace operations. You will manage visitors, supplies, seating, tickets, events, onboarding logistics, and workplace-perk enrollments.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of office coordination, workplace, front desk, or administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira
- Basic office software proficiency
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Experience planning office events or employee engagement activities
- Experience supporting new-hire onboarding logistics
- Familiarity with desk or seating management platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor check-in
- Coordinate break room supplies and catering
- Manage desk assignments and seating maps
- Triage and resolve workplace Jira tickets
- Plan and run office events and monthly birthday celebrations
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding logistics with IT, HR, and Facilities
- Manage workplace perks and enrollments
