About the Role
You will support securities transfers and record tax acquisition data. You will communicate with other banks to ensure transfers are booked on time, perform internal control activities, and clarify and correct booking differences on accounts and securities accounts. You will answer customer enquiries and help improve securities-transfer processes.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in economics or a comparable degree program
- Interest in securities business
- Availability to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Very good German language skills
Responsibilities
- Support securities transfers and record tax acquisition data
- Communicate with other banks to ensure securities transfers are booked on time
- Perform control activities within the internal control process
- Clarify and correct booking differences on internal and external accounts and securities accounts
- Answer customer enquiries about securities transfers and tax acquisition data
- Support the further development and optimization of securities-transfer processes
