About the Role
You will support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. You will process vendor invoices, issue customer invoices, monitor balances, support collections and reconciliations, assist with month-end close and audit preparation, and answer basic finance questions from vendors, customers, and internal contacts.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English
Responsibilities
- Process and review vendor invoices
- Ensure invoice approvals, postings, and ERP synchronization
- Issue customer invoices
- Monitor outstanding balances and support collections
- Support reconciliations, month-end close, and audit preparation
- Answer basic vendor, customer, and internal finance questions
