About the Role

You will gather and analyze historical performance, volume trends, and seasonality data for forecasting. You will monitor staffing and service targets, assess variances, provide operational recommendations, maintain forecasting models, plan capacity, document procedures, and improve scheduling and forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workforce management experience in forecasting and capacity planning
  • Experience in a contact center environment
  • Strong knowledge of NICE workforce management software
  • Experience with telephony systems automatic call distributors and IVR systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to organize and analyze data structurally
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused
  • Ability to build rapport and trust across teams and organizational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing workloads
  • Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment
  • Ability to follow the Hybrid policy and work within commuting distance of the office
  • Follow company security policies and data handling procedures
  • Complete mandatory security awareness training
  • Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity

  • Gather and analyze historical performance volume and seasonality data
  • Identify deviations from planned staffing levels and service targets
  • Assess forecasting variances against business objectives
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for operational efficiency
  • Maintain expertise in forecasting techniques models and tools
  • Conduct capacity planning for staffing demand and SLAs
  • Document procedures guidelines and best practices
  • Identify and implement workforce management process improvements
  • Address volume discrepancies call arrival deviations and forecasting needs
