About the Role
You will own end-to-end design for marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces. You will create CMS templates, components, and patterns that enable on-brand self-service page creation. You will translate business goals into high-converting designs, maintain visual consistency, collaborate with front-end engineers, and guide web layout, typography, motion, interaction, accessibility, and responsive design.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of web and marketing design work
- Visual design skills in brand, typography, and composition
- Experience designing for CMS or templating systems
- Experience with brand and growth design
- Fluency in Figma
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
Responsibilities
- Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces
- Create and own CMS templates, components, and design patterns
- Translate business goals into high-converting page designs
- Maintain visual consistency across web touchpoints
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ship pages and migrate off Framer
- Guide web layout, typography, motion, and interaction design
- Improve self-service page creation
