About the Role
You will manage daily warehouse operations for robots, spare parts, and equipment. You will receive, inspect, store, kit, and track equipment; process returns; maintain safety and inventory accuracy; manage staff; coordinate equipment needs with logistics and dispatch; and develop operating procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of warehouse management, inventory control, or equipment operations experience
- Physical inventory lifecycle tracking experience
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and project-management tools
- Small-team management experience
- Ability to lift equipment and operate warehouse equipment
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse layout, storage, labeling, and organization
- Receive, inspect, condition-log, and inventory incoming equipment
- Build and stage project kits and hand them off for field delivery
- Maintain real-time inventory quantities, condition, and locations
- Process returned equipment and route it for repair, restock, or retirement
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff or temporary labor
- Forecast equipment needs and flag shortages or bottlenecks
- Build and maintain procedures and checklists for warehouse workflows
- Track equipment lifecycle data to support replacement and purchasing decisions
