About the Role
You will receive, inspect, store, handle, and ship materials and components. You will record inventory transactions, conduct counts and audits, operate material-handling equipment, coordinate staging and kitting, maintain warehouse safety and organization, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory-management experience in a manufacturing environment related to electronic circuit boards.
- Attention to detail and inventory-accuracy and documentation-compliance experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform extended physical tasks.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Warehouse operations knowledge under FAR/DFAR.
- DCMA warehouse audit experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- U.S. person status and eligibility to obtain required export authorizations.
- Ability to travel up to 5%, including occasional overnights.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, parts, and equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments.
- Record inventory transactions in E2 JobBoss and NetSuite.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment safely.
- Coordinate material allocation, staging, and kitting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Identify and disposition non-conforming, surplus, and obsolete materials.
- Support warehouse continuous-improvement initiatives.
