About the Role

You will define requirements for warehouse and logistics capabilities, select and implement tools, and integrate them with internal and external systems. You will enable expansion into new geographies, run RFPs, manage implementation risks and testing, ensure compliance, and develop operational reporting that drives continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods
• Experience using and designing warehouse and inventory management systems
• Experience analyzing inventory and shipment data in spreadsheets
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers
• Knowledge of domestic freight and associated documentation
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for IT or electronic equipment shipping and storage
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build scalable, reliable operational processes
• Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for new capabilities with partner teams
• Manage the selection, implementation, and integration of warehouse, inventory, and transport tools
• Enable expansion into new geographies through tools, processes, SOPs, and data
• Conduct RFPs and select or build tools that meet business requirements
• Ensure vendor tools integrate with internal architecture and meet compliance requirements
• Test and drive adoption of new processes and tools while managing risks
• Develop and enhance operational metrics reports and drive continuous improvement
