About the Role
You will manage financing transactions from inception through financial close. You will negotiate documentation, coordinate due diligence and legal workstreams, advise on financing structures and risks, manage external advisers, and improve financing processes and governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in top-tier law firms, financial institutions, and/or in-house legal roles
- Experience with complex financing transactions and corporate governance
- Experience in cross-jurisdictional debt and equity fundraising, capital markets, venture debt, and securitisation
- Understanding of cross-border regulatory and structuring considerations
- Stakeholder-management and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior business leaders
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Facilitate legal execution of project finance, asset finance, and strategic funding transactions
- Manage financing transactions from inception through financial close
- Coordinate legal workstreams, due diligence, timelines, and transaction approvals
- Negotiate financing documentation with banks, lenders, and external counsel
- Advise on financing structures, funding solutions, and transaction strategy
- Identify legal, commercial, and operational risks
- Manage external legal advisers and specialist consultants
- Develop scalable financing processes, documentation standards, and governance
