The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
You will lead corporate and commercial legal matters for US entities. You will oversee corporate governance and maintenance, negotiate financing and commercial agreements, and manage employment and service-provider contracts while ensuring legal compliance across US operations.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a law firm associate with exposure to corporate, commercial, or employment law.
- Strong understanding of US corporate structure, venture financing, and credit lines.
- Experience working with or strong cultural understanding of LatAm cross-border dynamics.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active state bar admission in good standing.
- Ability to manage complex legal tasks across multiple entity types independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Project management skills, including managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving and sound decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee legal governance, corporate maintenance, and compliance across US entities.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage corporate transactions, financing agreements, equity matters, and credit lines.
- Structure and negotiate commercial partnerships, vendor contracts, and employment and service-provider agreements.
- Take ownership of priorities and deliver results beyond the defined scope of work.
