About the Role
You will define and deliver regional fraud and mule initiatives while managing roadmaps business cases requirements and budgets. You will prioritize backlogs coordinate stakeholders manage risks oversee testing and implementation resolve issues and support agile change management and post-implementation stabilization.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of working experience managing projects to defined timelines outcomes and quality standards
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities
- Experience in stakeholder management conflict resolution consensus building and partnership development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ownership and solution-oriented mindset
- Relationship-building negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex situations
- Solid project management experience especially with Agile methodology
- Strong business analysis or root cause analysis background
- Financial Services industry experience is ideal
- Working knowledge of fraud and mule domains and related applications is advantageous
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite Jira Confluence or Octane
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Agile Project Management or Business Analyst certification is preferable
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver regional fraud and mule program initiatives
- Develop business cases and manage program financials
- Gather and document business requirements epics user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage product roadmaps and prioritize program backlogs
- Evaluate proposed technology and analytics solutions
- Manage stakeholders including regulators auditors and business leads
- Monitor program delivery timelines quality risks and dependencies
- Oversee user acceptance testing rollout and implementation activities
- Conduct end user training when necessary
- Resolve implementation and post-implementation issues
- Adopt agile methodologies and drive change management
