About the Role
You will own the end-to-end onboarding and activation experience, including identity verification, KYC and KYB, compliance workflows, dashboard capabilities, and developer experiences. You will set the dashboard roadmap, shape compliance AI agent strategy, manage KYC and KYB vendor relationships, and build platform tooling that enables seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Hands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm such as an exchange or custodian
- Strong understanding of the global regulatory landscape shaping crypto compliance
- Stakeholder management experience aligning executives around competing priorities
- Experience owning a broad cross-functional portfolio spanning compliance operations money movement notifications reporting and developer tooling
- Data-informed prioritization using metrics to evaluate trade-offs
- Experience evaluating and procuring compliance vendors
- Experience partnering closely with compliance or legal teams
- Familiarity with transaction monitoring sanctions screening or case management tools
- End-to-end ownership of KYC KYB or identity-related product areas
