About the Role

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to shape visual direction and ensure consistency across the product suite. You will design and evolve icons, color schemes, typography, layout, and UI components; support high-impact product launches with strong visual craft and storytelling; evolve the internal design system to be AI-ready; and mentor peers through critique and shared best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years proven experience designing and evolving scalable design systems in a product environment
• Deep expertise in visual design with exceptional attention to typography, layout, color, and composition
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advocate for design decisions
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma; experience with generative AI design tools is a plus
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and balancing design rigor with business needs
