About the Role
You will create motion graphics for social media posts and announcements, launch and intro videos for collaborations and releases, and visual assets for blog and digital content. You will also deliver founder-briefed decks, product visuals, and campaign assets, maintaining a consistent visual language across channels. You will take briefs from rough ideas through finished outputs and provide editable source files with final assets.
Requirements
- Demonstrable motion design experience with a portfolio featuring intro videos, product launch videos, or explainer-style motion work
- Ability to deliver social video, web animation formats such as Lottie, and editable source files
- Visual design knowledge including typography, layout, and color
- Ability to take a brief from a rough idea to finished output with minimal hand-holding
- Reliable turnaround times and clear communication
- Experience working with fintech and/or crypto companies
