About the Role
You will own the video content pipeline from idea generation through scripting packaging and performance analysis. You will write engaging medium and long form videos develop hooks and introductions align edits with scripts and build repeatable systems for content production and testing.
Requirements
- Track record of growing a video channel
- Experience creating ideas and packaging that improve views and retention
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm retention curves and click through rate
- Understanding of Bitcoin economics
- Strong ownership and decision making
- Integrity and professional presentation
- On camera interviewing or hosting experience is a plus
- Background in finance economics or journalism is a plus
